- Before Dispatch:
- Orders can be canceled at no charge before they are dispatched.
- To cancel, go to the “My Orders” section in the Roz-Aana Online app or contact our customer support team.
- After Dispatch:
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted. However, you may be eligible for a return or refund as per our Return and Exchange Policy.
2. Order Cancellation by Roz-Aana Online
Roz-Aana Online reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- If the ordered product(s) is unavailable due to stock issues.
- If there is an issue with the delivery address provided by the customer.
- If the payment was unsuccessful or flagged for potential fraud.
- Due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or logistical challenges.
In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be processed for prepaid orders.
3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds for canceled prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: No charges will apply for canceled COD orders if canceled before dispatch.
4. Non-Cancellable Items
The following items cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed:
- Perishable items such as fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and other fresh produce.
- Items that have been customized or specially procured.
